Everyone likes TV because it’s sweet, airy and enjoyable with very little
effort.
When TV becomes the routine, you or your kids might have a problem.
If so, here are a few tips to help you cut down
- Let your kids have more outing like go to the park or go swimming
- Limit their time of sitting in front of the tube/flat panel display
- Take the TV out of the kids’ bedrooms
- If there is a TV in dining room, get rid of it quickly
- Set rules for TV watching on school nights
- Take responsibility for finding other things for your kids to do rather
than watching TV
After all, mankind has survived for millions years without TV.
